If you have any questions about your order, please send us your request with your order id by email at any time! Online purchase made through Shorewe.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.

For return address, Shorewe.com offers 5 warehouses to return items. Once the return application was approved by Shorewe, an email with return address and return instruction will be sent to your registered email of Shorewe.

For United States customers, we are happy to announce that you can apply free return with prepaid shipping labels.

For Canada customers, you can return the parcel to Shorewe US warehouse, but please note that the customers shall bear the return shipping fee once return happened except that Shorewe sent wrong or defective items.

For United Kingdom customers, from October 26th, 2018, you can return the parcel to Shorewe UK warehouse, but please note that the customers shall bear the return shipping fee once return happened except that Shorewe sent wrong or defective items.

For European customers(except UK customers), from Nov. 8th, 2018, you can return the parcel to Shorewe France warehouse, but please note that the customers shall bear the return shipping fee once return happened except that Shorewe sent wrong or defective items.

For Australian customers, from August 27th, 2019, you can enjoy the free return with the prepaid shipping labels to Shorewe Australian warehouse.

Return/exchange Process

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@Shorewe.com to get a return authorization and return address. 

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. 

Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

Order Cancellation

We offer full refund to your original payment method if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact us once your decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
